Why is my StoreJet Cloud not completely shut down after I turn it off?

Please update the firmware to the latest version to solve this issue.

Firmware update:
1. In Settings > click Firmware.
2. If a new firmware is available, click Update.
3. When the firmware is being updated, the power LED flashes blue. Wait until the update is complete and the LED returns to white.
